M-6250M Dry Offset Printing Machine
The M-6250M Dry Offset Printing Machine has been specially designed to deliver high-quality 6-color decoration on disposable containers manufactured from HIPS and PP materials. This advanced machine ensures sharp image reproduction and is capable of printing complex graphics including vignettes and half-tones with excellent clarity.
Dual form rollers combined with electronic ink flow adjustment ensure precise ink control and consistent print quality. The sturdy and precision-engineered construction guarantees reliable performance while producing attractive and vibrant decoration on containers.
The machine incorporates a UV-OMC curing system that instantly cures the printed containers, enabling high production speeds. Optional features such as automatic container re-stacking and Corona treatment systems can be integrated to further enhance productivity and print adhesion.
The optional Signature Series upgrade enables full automation of the process. This upgrade includes an automated stack buffer for continuous container feeding into the press as well as a fully automated re-stacking system with cup counting and stack segmentation.
