Hyden 4080 Nano Dry Offset Printing Machine
The Hyden 4080 Nano Dry Offset Printing Machine is a compact four color press designed for printing on paper cups, injection molded containers, and thermoformed plastic disposable containers used in food and beverage packaging industries.

The 4080 Nano is a fully automatic four color printing press capable of producing excellent print quality while maintaining precise color registration. The system operates using solvent based inks and features a heat drying conveyor to cure printed containers efficiently.
An optional automatic re-stacking system enables smooth handling and collection of printed containers. With its small footprint and compact design, the press requires minimal floor space and is extremely easy to install and operate in limited production environments.
Accurate seam detection and positioning are achieved through the TESLA Controls Seam Seeker© technology. This system allows start point registration when printing on paper cups, ensuring that printing begins in alignment with the cup seam for consistent results.
