Blow Molding

Hyden diversified into the Blow Molding industry in 2020 with the introduction of the Fast Parison (FP) series of Blow Molding machines. The FP series is a special category typically known as Reciprocating Screw Blow Molding or Recip machines in which the Plasticizing Unit is designed in a way that the Parison Drop time is drastically reduced in comparison to conventional Extrusion Blow Molding. This almost entirely eliminates Parison Sagging to allow precise manufacturing of Thin Walled products at lower weights

Our automation division, Tesla Controls, has also developed an in-house 50 Point Parison Programmer called the Morpheus 50 to be used in the FP series machines allowing operators to accurately distribute weight as required to reduce weight in certain areas while strengthening those that are crucial to product performance

Hyden also provides designing and manufacturing of High Performance Molds along with Automated Post Molding processing for the FP series delivering a finished article at the end of the FP series production line without the need for manual post processing of molded articles
