The Hyden FP-50 Evolution Series Blow Molding machines are designed for fast production cycles with a parison drop time that can be as low as 1 second. This makes it possible to manufacture thin-walled articles with very uniform wall thickness that is difficult to manufacture on conventional Extrusion Blow Molding machines.

The Hyden FP-50 has a Reciprocating Screw Plasticizing Unit that works as a melt accumulator till the parison drop is required. Owing to very low parison drop time, mold shuttling is not required thereby keeping the machine size compact and with lower maintenance than conventional EBM machines. The FP-50 has been manufactured with modern technology to ensure high quality and a high rate of production as well as low energy consumption. The Hydraulic System is designed with a Servo Driven Hydraulic Pump for fully proportional Hydraulic Control. The machine is equipped with a state of the art TESLA EVO-50 HydroCAT control system with full proportional heater control. The control system is capable of remote diagnostics and support and a Hyden engineer can connect into the machine over the internet.
